The Importance of a Good Sleep Schedule

☁️🌞Good morning world! 🌞☁️A lot of people in the world are currently struggling with depression, insomnia, and fatigue. Not only because of the worldwide pandemic, but these are also common symptoms of active, highly stressful lifestyles that seem to subconsciously take a bigger toll on us than we realize. From disrupting our sleep schedules to compromising positive relationships, these mental health disorders are an important topic of discussion to help people function properly and successfully throughout their day. These neurological aches might also be accompanied by pain, diseases, chronic insomnia and malnourishment. Lucky for us all of these symptoms can be alleviated by holistic natural remedies and teas. A few easy free at home tips and tricks that we can use to relieve and regulate these symptoms are limiting caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine intake. Starting a sleep initiation at an adequate time, avoiding or limiting naps, and avoiding large meals before bed. (Don’t worry I’m also very guilty of the bedtime munchies) These few easy steps can help you get into a good sleep routine therefore helping you function better in your everyday life and overall be more successful. Everyone loves to wake up and feeling refreshed throughout their day. I doubt anyone likes to feel drowsy and fatigued while working long hours or running errands.
